Anggun Group Holdings Sdn. Bhd. (AGH) began in real estate with Anggun Millenia Property in 2015 and Anggun Armada Sdn. Bhd. in 2017, initially working as consultants for affordable homes in Perak and Selangor. They targeted Bumiputera buyers, offering a Skim Zero Deposit (SZD) for home ownership.
In early 2018, Anggun Group Holdings Sdn. Bhd. expanded to Bandar Puncak Alam, Selangor, selling 337 units worth RM 63,591,820.00. In 2019, they partnered with Koperasi Hartanah Anggun Berhad, managing 5,521 housing units valued at over RM 1.55 billion with 4,000 Real Estate Entrepreneurs and 40 employees.
Established in September 2020 by Dato’ Rosdi Bin Arifin, Anggun Group Holdings Sdn. Bhd. has developed seven housing projects in Peninsular Malaysia. Collaborating with major developers, they offer services as a Project Management Consultant (PMC) and corporate agency for marketing and sales.
With plans to go public by 2027, Anggun Group Holdings Sdn. Bhd. rebranded the Skim Zero Deposit to the Skim Zero Deposit Plus (SZDP+), focusing on the mission of “One House for Every Family.” Anggun Group Holdings Sdn. Bhd. underwent restructuring to specialize in real estate, construction, import/export, food and beverage, and health and beauty sectors, positioning itself as a “One Stop Center” for strategic business partners in real estate.
