Project Summary
D’Anggun Residence contains as many as 403 units of single-storey terrace houses that will be built consisting of two types of construction, namely type A and B. The construction starts from an area of 800 square feet up to 1,000 square feet and is expected to be completed by the end of 2025. The small town of Kalumpang is located in the Hulu Selangor district, close to Kuala Kubu Baru, Gedangsa, Ulu Bernam, Tanjung Malim and others.
Kalumpang town is located on the side of the road between Kuala Lumpur – Ipoh at mile 46. Here there are several villages and housing estates. Now, Sungai Inki has become a location for city people to rest because of the cool and fresh river water and also the unspeakable greenery. Kalumpang has also developed by building new shops and other infrastructures.
