Project Summary
D’Anggun Melawi Residence contains as many as 28 units of single-storey bungalow and semi-detached houses that will be built consisting of two types of construction, namely type A and B (semi-detached), type C and D (bungalow). The construction starts from an area of 1,116 square feet up to 1,222 square feet and is expected to be completed by the end of 2024. Melawi District is a district in the Bachok colony that is located facing the South China Sea. On the East and North sides, it borders the Perupok District. In the west it borders the Tanjung Pauh and Bekelam and Gunong Districts and the south side borders the Telong District.
The Administrative Center of the Melawi District Office is located near the Three Melawi Branch and approximately 6KM away from the administrative center of Bachok Colony. The area of Melawi District is approximately 30.06 square km inhabited by 16,000 residents. Among the total population, they consist of 150 Chinese residents and the rest are Malays. While the most populated settlements are coastal areas such as Kg. Changgong, Chpa Beach, Baru Beach, Kg. Badak and Melawi Beach up to Kg. Limau Nipis borders Telong District. The economic resource area is Cabang Tiga Melawi and the agricultural area is in Kg. Padang Cina, Kg. Mujur and Kg. Alor Pulai and Kg. Kuau.
