The construction starts from an area of 1,148 square feet up to 1,153 square feet and is expected to be completed by the end of 2024. Tok Bali is a port city located on the seashore of Pasir Puteh, Kelantan. It becomes a jetty or transit to Perhentian Island and to Redang Island Foreign tourists arriving at Sultan Ismail Petra Airport, Pengkalan Chepa, Kelantan prefer to choose the jetty in Kuala Besut, Terengganu to go to Perhentian Island or to Redang Island.

The planned development through the East Coast Economic Region (ECER) will develop Tok Bali as a fishing boat base and tourist jetty to Perhentian Island and to Redang Island. In the 9th Malaysia Plan (RMK9), the Malaysian Marine Department allocated RM5 million for that purpose.
